Members of ChAD worked with the Health Action Team recently to create a video about Annual Health Checks.

They spoke about why Annual Health Checks were important and why they felt they should be the same across all practices.

The Health Action Team will be showing the videos at GP practices around the borough to raise awareness of people’s views on what would help aid consistency.  (Click on arrow to scroll through pictures)
