ChAD were contacted by Joanne Blockley ( Patient Advice and Liaison Team leader ) from the NHS to see if they could give their opinions on proposed feedback forms for FFT (Friends and Family Test).

Five leaflet variations were given to ChAD for discussion at their February 2020 meeting . The forms were discussed in depth and whilst ChAD acknowledged the proposed forms had obviously entailed a lot of work the general consensus was that there was far too much detail which caused confusion in lots of aspects for all concerned.

Many simplified amendments were proposed and fed back to Joanne who thanked ChAD for their prompt, detailed and constructive response .
